Delete your Wrenta account

You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your data.

Delete from the app

1. Open the Wrenta app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation), then scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account, confirm with your password, and confirm the deletion.

The same screen also offers Export my data if you'd like a copy first.

Can't access the app?

What gets deleted — and what may be kept

• Deleted / anonymized: your name, email, phone, profile photo, profile fields, chat messages authored by you, and other data that identifies you personally.
• Location logs are purged automatically after a limited period (default 90 days) regardless of deletion.
• May be retained in de-identified form: records your employer is legally required to keep — for example hours worked, for employment or tax compliance. These are stripped of information that identifies you.

Deletion typically completes immediately. If a legal retention period applies to certain records, that data is de-identified rather than kept in a way that identifies you.

Note: Wrenta is provided through your employer, who is the data controller. If your organization is legally required to retain certain employment records, those obligations are handled as described above and in our Privacy Policy.
